I only get around 3.6 APS even with a starkonja's, isn't ~4 the most effective with triggering poet's pen?

lv89, felt like I hit a bottleneck, any suggestions on improving my gear? I felt like I'm not doing enough damage. It takes a while to kill even the shaper guardians.
