Elemental Hit Bug - Same Element

Hey I am just noticing that now with Combat Focus blocking Fire Dmg, I am shooting multiple arrows of the same element everytime (Which is obviously a huge issue with ELE Equilibrium). This ONLY happens on the first 2-3 arrows, after that it starts to alternate properly. But it means that if you are kiting your first couple arrows are always of the same element.
Currently have 3.62 attacks per second, but same issue exists with bow giving me 2.7 attacks per second so I do not think it is an AS bug.
