Hey! I am enjoying this build a lot. Can you explain how you proc Arakaali Pantheon 50% increased regen?

Are you just taking it for when you do take damage over time?

I was thinking about using blood rage + immortal call to try to proc it but wasn't sure if there might be a better way...
