I am following this guide and I currently I die at T7/8 alch maps from the Baranite mages (the ones shooting beams of arcs or so) immediately.

I am aware that my equipment needs improvement but is there anything else I can do here?

where are the life rolls my friend? Jewellry has none. I believe your life pool is like 4k or less

staff version is more tanky, mace version you should expect to rip time to time till you get high phys reduction (maybe avoid using the abyssus helm until level 90+ cause that shit gets you killed if you havent got that phys reduct fully up and running) a loreweave could help you survive rippy ely mods a bit better. also use the flask as there pretty cheap and basically heal you twice in intense moments (run the pantheon that gives 3 life charge with this also)

lions roar is also a good shout. / temp chains or enfeeble on gloves could also help you out for the time being.

also using resolute technique can get you killed as you cant avoid hits and youl take a fall to your dps lategame missing that crit.. you need to swap this for precision (not sure if ur even using that atm tho)

also soul of arakaali complete all that pantheon as it gives you reduced effect of shock on you.

if your tree uses steelwood stance / glancing blows. get em!, search for all "armour" "life" thats included in your tree and focus on that.

just trying to help you out but be aware i am the staff version so im not 100% on what you should be running, but i assume these changes will be highly helpful and noticable.

im level 92 with this pool of life and its not even a problem? :o just focus life rolls into gear where you can and make sure you prioritise it all ont tree :P especially if mace version

is hedgemonys the endgame weapon for the staff version or is there a cheeky rare one that we can use to still be tanky and get more damage (like shaper/elder base ect) ???

also you recommend a carcass jack, how the F do you get 6R on that badboy. i assume you jeweler orb trick it but then that just basically puts it out of the question as your gonna have to 6l it yourself on top, i geuss thats for the rich fellas?

With rares it should be higher. Once you transition to kaoms it will be around 5k+

hegemony gives you power charges and it's cheap to get.
A good staff on block base.. with either a pcoc or a fortify would definitely be better. But it would be much harder to craft.
What i give is the cheapest affordable option AND i demonstrate how to defeat all end-game with it.
It's very "easy" to craft mirror tier gear and release a build guild wiping all content. Doing it on a budget, with newbie friendly gear is another story
