Do we still need to use Transcendent Flesh Crimson Jewel?
I check the trade and it seems the stats has been changed. No more Physical dmg reduction and replaced with Life Regen instead. | |

" Your attack rate just need to be slower than the slowest proc. So let's say something procs every 2 seconds. You need to attack once every 2.1 seconds, otherwise you will keep "overwriting" and it will not happen https://www.twitch.tv/angry_roleplayer
