CWDT(20/20) + Vertex + 21gem

i have "The Vertex"
and CWDT 20/20 and corrupted Arctic breath 21/20 in it; so CWDT become 21/20 with a description: "... support Skill Gems requiring Level 72 or lower..." Arctic breath become 22/20 but still requires level 72 so it should work; but it does not; good one Last bumped on May 14, 2018, 7:59:59 AM

Except Arctic Breath then becomes level 22, which if you had gone to the wiki, you would see requires level 74. The only thing "off" here is that it does not, and can't, change the text of the gem itself. It has always been like this.

Yeah, noticed this awhile ago with CWDT and Nycta's Lantern. Sucks, but is what it is. I assume if you corrupt and get a +1 level on CWDT that it should work though.
Combat is simple.
Keep your blood in. Take theirs out. |

Despite what you think, this still isn't a bug. The game does not, and never has shown, required levels when it's been added via an item. The same thing happens consistently with Atziri's foible and str/dex/int requirements.

In other words, it shows your stats are perfectly fit to gem's requirements, but you still can't use it (because real requirements of gem are higher than listed in description). Btw i didn't posted screenshot, probably you confused me with TS. retired from forum because of censorship and discrimination
