High Pin BR?

i want to know if there's a known issue regarding Sao Paulo server since im having a high Ping (about 160- I usally play with 35-40). I just talked to my ISP provider (Fibertel) and according to them everything is fine with my connection and modem.

It isn't a problem with ISP believe me, it's just with POE, everything else is normal, livestreams, other games, downloads and so.

No it's a problem with you or your ISP, it starts way to early in the test to be anything PoE related(second hop is either going to be the router or the box in the street), it just so happens that PoE is sensitive to the problems cause earlier in your connection, it's fine if you don't want to bother contacting your ISP, that's up to you but don't continue posting as there is nothing anyone here can do for you.
