You're halving your volatile dead DPS by using a second spell in the same pen as your unearth; every other cast VD won't proc (at least not a full proc, 1 ball will be created) due to the fact that no corpses were created on the fireball cast. So many builds make this mistake it's unbelievable. Cast slowly one at a time and you'll notice it. In theory you are right. But he has no cooldown recovery on gear and stacking a good amount of APS (Frenzy Charges, Quality Gems, etc.). This means he skips every second VD cast, but the FB and UE are alternating, leaving enough corpses on the ground. Ideally he should have up to 8 APS. This would work perfecly then. He also is not using the helm entchant. So even if he wouldn't skip the VD there is 5 corpses on the ground - first VD takes 3 corpses, second one 2. I dont say you have to buy the helm entchant... But your attack speed is too fast - so you skip a lot of damage. You should aim for 0.25 AS. At the moment your VD goes off every 0.38 Seconds.
