Amazing build! Just reached lvl 80 and got rid of the brotherhood shenanigans. Using Formless Inferno and a 4link Lightning Coil for extra tankiness in the flashback event, can't wait to keep scaling it! I don't have uber lab yet, looking forward to the performance after grabbing Mastermind of Discord.

Thanks for sharing, this concept definitely deserves a spot in a build of the week series, it will only get better once 3.3 hits.

there is a budget option - Fidelitas' Spike (sword) gives - 50% increased Herald of Thunder Buff Effect, maybe even a double stack of these swords, did not test them?

It's not true, Herald of thunder 2nd effect will never proc Shock, the only reason it keeps going is because you are applying shock with other skills like blade vortex.
