The original poster has a problem starting at a router owner by TurkTelekom. You, and the rest of the "me too" crowd have unknown problems because you don't bother to do anything to investigate what the actual issue is.

So, unless you want to stick to your notion that this is some "core issue" identical for all users, in the face of evidence directly proving otherwise, would you be kind enough to run a WinMTR or PingPlotter trace while you have the issue, then post it in another thread?
