It is not bugged
you are doing it wrong. You have to pick a side. Either sun or moon. After stepping on 3 sun or moon you have to clear all the mobs till it says 2 mobs remaining. Then you go to the opposite side of the spawn point and step on moon or sun sign whichever you completed. Then a portal to the arena will spawn. And as you can easily guess classic GGG since creating microtransactions are way important then creating real bosses, same bosses from sun-moon quest. Bugged for me. Only 2 sun plate work. 3rd non active.

" Obviously you don´t read, lol. Thirst two moon switches spawned mobs - the third one clicked but didn´t. Two mobs left. Didn´t touch anything but moon. Stepping on the fourth moon platform meant to spawn the portal to the arena does nothing. Doeing anything else (including suns now)does nothing. So, thanks for nothing I guess. tried it two days ago.
i didn't know you need to walk in a special order or way. I went to the Sun on bottom right side, and then to Moon side, bottom left room didn't spanwed anything, 2 other Moon rooms spawned, other Sun rooms didn't spawn anything. and i was stuck. | |

It didn't work for me either, and I picked one side and cleared the map aside from 2 monsters remaining.

Not! bugged.
run the 6 Spots, then go north-west, where moon and sun meet. there are 2 more plates to activate and the portal spawns in front of you. lear 2 use google and read! | |
