Can you explain how is the mechanic of this build? And how these new Pen work with the skills?

Level 64 because there is high level gems in it.

Hi i play 2 poet pen since the start of the league and yesterday i just spot the fun of bodyswap with unhearth but in your guide u play 2 spells per wand which néed close to 8 aps to not waste the cd.
If u plan close to 4 aps u need to run 1 spell per wand with 2 support each. Can u explain ur choice? Thx | |

Great chestpiece after briskwrap but before Kaoms, you can't socket bodyswap into it for the +2 levels but everything else works |
