They do work together as long as your leech or regen is overcompensating your degen, meaning all the time while mapping and killing things. As long as you dont take degen dmg while bloodrage is active you benefit a huge dmg multiplier. You can also manually proc leech with writhing jar flask by killing worms.
I recommend trying to get 20 quality bloodrage as well since its 10% increased atk speed.

No vaal pact necessary if you go with carnage heart. I have the same build, but better gear overall at this point. And it's pretty silly. Pretty tanky overall. At 6k life at lv92, and will probably get another 300-400 life by 95.

The best offhand is t1 extra phys to cold and fire, bonus with crit multi, elemental penetration, weapon elemental attack, whatever you can get out of them.

Death's Hand is the cheap starter offhand and can be used until you find one good shaper offhand to replace.

Would berserker be a better ascendancy with blood seeker? Thinking about making this build just not sure weither to go duelist or marauder.

Berserker is not the optimal option for the build due to the fact that you won't get the overkill leech that negates Vaal pact downside entirely. Bloodseeker itself is only necessary for safety mapping if you really want to push levels, and offhand shaper statstick produce much more dps to do endgame contents like shaper and uber atziri.


I've even respeced to Gladiator for a try but without endless hunger it is still very inconvenient to map with blood rage and Vaal pact, and can't fully utilize Damage on full life support gem.

Hi, I see you have plenty of decent gear on already, what you can improve is of course an offhand statstick, arguably equal to mine or better since mine is kinda bad. Best is doulbe extra phys to elemental, and any further increment is luxury.

Like I explained bloodseeker is only for mapping safe and never die, best for pushing levels in hardcore or softcore even, but a statstick will take you into endgame boss killing.

Another thing you can do is getting 12% reave radius enchant on starkonja for the full screen reave experience.

Also a even better amulet, preferably with elder mod for maximum life added to leech rate like what I have.

Abyssal jewels with double flat physical and life, i.e phys to attk + life + phys to claw is going to be a massive dmg boost as well so get them if you can and slot on your jewel sockets.
