Path of Bloodseeker-Berserker
Every other source of instant leech was removed from new leagues (for a good reason!), why was the bloodseeker claw not nerfed?

Bloodseeker has a somewhat reasonable ceiling that some won't be kosher with -- not enough fireworks and instakill of bosses. The game having one instant leech mechanic attached to a relatively modest DPS weapon isn't game-breaking (at least not yet).
Time will tell. Thanks for all the fish!

The claw is average by itself, but still got fine aps, so I think it is cureable with steel rings and chance to bleed gem. Also you can dual wield another GG weapon and use dual strike.

When i was reminding GGG to not forget to nerf bloodseeker on these foruns, ppl came saying how obvius that GGG wouldnt forget about nerfing it too.
Time has told. |

" I never said not viable. Just that it has a reasonable ceiling. It will cost more to get, and should for what you get from it. I think it is a reasonable unique with a lot of potential without being Over the top WTF. Thanks for all the fish!

" Yeah, but you said you were gonna stop playing. ALL playing. Is this like the bullshit people do when they say they stopped smoking, only to take it up again, but still insist that they quit? |

" I wonder why you care, don't you said you were quitting this game after the VP nerf announcement? Just looking for attention I guess. |

Ignoring the Warlord-razzing for a moment...
Instant leech being available to every build of every class and every archetype basically for free broke the game. We can see evidence of this in the fact that the game was broke as hell while this was a thing. Instant leech being available to a single claw with average damage (not bad, but average), and then limited to attacks made with that claw, is much less devastating. Unique items are allowed to break the rules in controlled ways because the rest of their power can be tightly controlled, while Keystones are significantly less tameable. Can people scale damage really high with Bloodseeker and play like they're an old VP Berserker? Probably. They will, however, be restricted to claw attack builds on a character which is just about as far away as it can possibly get from all the claw nodes, and their instant leech will no longer apply to CWDT-spammed lowball spells which nevertheless heal them for their entire life bar in less than a quarter of a second because Cloaked in Savagery. Realistically? It may be time to rework Cloaked in Savagery, because it's basically pointless without instant leech yet demonstrably overpowered as hell with instant leech. I don't anticipate Marauder-shaped Shadows with Bloodseeker are going to be a huge problem this league, but if they are? Hit Cloaked in Savagery whilst one is in the process of reduxing Bloodseeker. Get rid of the other half of the Bullshitzerker combo and we can get back to the game making sense. She/Her

Temper tantrums are considered normal in children, as it's widely recognized that their brains are not fully developed and a certain level of overly simplified logic and self-serving behavior is excused in them.
When you're old enough to post on an internet forum, though, I think it's time you get with your age bracket (assuming it's over the age of around 10) and recognize that you're only going to be ridiculed for throwing them. Or don't, because like watching monkeys throw poop, watching adults throw temper tantrums is endlessly amusing. |
