My helmet dropped yesterday, after streaming Zizaran for a few days. I watched the stream from time to time, and left it minimized at other times.
GGG mentioned in their original post that this promotion runs until 18 December 2017. Did those of us who were somewhat impatient to get our helmet maybe take the wrong approach to this? GGG wanted to promote watching streamers for a month, covering the launch of the next patch and the league. The low drop chance was meant to encourage us to watch streams over the next month to promote the game, rather than to try to concentrate viewing into a few days. Anyone else feel a bit bad about having "gamed" the system to get a helmet as soon as possible? :) PS: Having said that, I did enjoy getting to know who the POE streamers are. About 30H of stream for a helmet i already have ....
+ i can't play poe and watch a stream unlesss i want my PC melt ... this is my WORST gamer experience EVER... |

Just a heads up Been watching (160p mini muted) for 2 days now.. Found out for some unknown reason my twitch prime account that was already linked to poe.. needed unlinked and relinked even after already getting purple weapon rewards back in may..
Wasn't to happy having wasted 2 days mining twitch for nothing to just have to restart by some silly error. make sure to test your account if you haven't got jack in really long 40hr + time frame.. via link https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/twitch Annoyed I hate streamers least it works muted and mini'd at 160.
