The ias on flicker strike seems to progress erratically; the ias and damage per charge on frenzy have fractional increments that are hard to guess until I have info for many more different levels.

...and it seems like nobody uses sweep.

Yeah, at mid level, it sucks damage wise, and the knockback is ridiculously short.
I don't even imagine at high level ^^;

Slow attack, low damage, low utility...

Comparing these gems with the spreadsheet's data - looks like:

• Double Strike gains +2% increased physical damage per level.
• Life Gain on Hit gains +1 per level.
• Added Fire Damage gains +1% per level.

(Faster Attacks sample size is too small, could be +1% per level)
