Delete harbingers from history

So tired of having multiple instances of these blue morons in every area flame dashing around, making it a nightmare for minions or totems, and taking a long time to kill, for the same old crappy shards. I get that you folks have to sell the currency stash tabs with these shards but come on. Every encounter is exactly the same and it's mind numbing.
