Because we have quite some lifereg and that would be wasted. You can specc out of lifereg nodes and go for vaal pact + the leech nodes in the duelist area but I like the regen version more. For leech I use slayer builds with 2h weapons. Do I understand correctly that we always get 14% damage from Main Support when it procs, which won't be overwritten by Blood in the Eyes? In this case Blood in the Eyes is only useful on first attacks until support one procs? Also if we compare Maim Support with Added Fire Damage both giving us roughly 44% damage boost, will 144% phys damage always be better than 100% phys + 44% fire in raw damage output, considering we have no fire damage modifiers? About Maim yes. Blood in the Eyes is only for going to gratious violence. The Maim on that is quite useless. The blind can be nice on bossfights. Added Fire is a crap gem for us. This would be much more expensive because good jewels are really high in price. But keep in mind that this is pure luxury. Hi. Thanks for this build. I tried it in flashback to level 91 and really liked it. Now I want to use it for 3.3 Incursion also. Can you maybe make a short list of optimal gear? Is a unique 6L chest better maybe? Belly of the Beast? What are the best gear enchants? What would be the perfect ring / amu rolls? I'm still a little bit newbish when it comes to PoE, it feels like the gear listed in the first post is just what you found and I have problems figuring out how to optimize my gear, once I can afford it.
