I gotta say I liked the old ones more

How are the more complex now?
I like the Act 2 locations. Crossroads one seems to be located AT the crossroads. There is a waypoint near the bandit leader locations...seems to make sense to me. "I would have listened... I would have understood!" - Scion

complex, not really
just the other were better aesthetically imo not to mention easier to use wps with other version the map is unecessary |

I think he means the associated menu. And fair enough, but I think the tradeoff is worth it - for one thing, this way actually lets you know that you can go out either way from the forest encampment.

Lots of newbies were having that problem Sanctum. You always used to see "where's oak?". Also it's nice to SEE Wraeclast and how you're exploring it imo.

I also had more liked to see the old waypoint map staying and the new one used as an informational addon in exchange for the quest list only.
