[3.1] FoxTactic's - Arc of the council build "Good all arounder"

They announced in the skill changes for today that Arc will deal more damage the more chains it has remaining after the next Skill Rework. Rejoice - no need for an alternative single target spell anymore! I'm really happy about that. Will definitely go back to playing Arc, either with Inquisitor or Hierophant.
For this build, the glove setup will probably become unnecessary. We can focus 100% on Arc now, probably the better 6-link then.

i wonder what is going to be better now , elementalist poets pen or selfcast inq. Too bad foxtactics is not playing anymore to comment.
