People are triggered about this nonsense meanwhile I can't find the ankh after checking 100% of Quay.

Just keep looking. Use the mini map icons to point the way. They always tell when you get close to both the ank and the arena. The quay area is pretty big and the Ank is at the end usually.

I've had troubles also because of the wording.
Couldn't find Clarissa in the Quay. Hopefully the forums gave me the solution. Clarissa in not in the Quay, but in the Arena adjacent to the Quay. |

I find it's best to anticlockwise from the entrance and hug the edge. That way I've always found the Ankh first, and eventually get to the arena.
