Can't equip MTX skill gem effect

HeligaPrinsen is correct. The skill is shown in the lower bar. Hard to find though.

The only gems i can select via the cosmetics screen are only gems i haven´t got an effect for.
i´ve tried equipping them on/off but still dont get option to use the divine fire for my RF, how do you solve this? |

Does still not work, its 22/12/2017, kinda BULLSHIT that GGG cant fix this. I've done everything that people "claim" to work, but it doesnt. i click on the MTX gem skill in the MTX-tap... NOTHING happens
