That's what I thought too, but then I noticed his conversions of 1 ____ to X ____ were separated by a dash.

Whereas the GCP and Regal are simply denoted with an equal sign, making it likely that it was intentional.

His rates on all other conversions are also nontraditional, and judging by his posts and history, he knows what he's doing, which means I'll be bidding by his conversion rates (I am, by no means, unable to match the other traditional bids.)
