Temp leagues are temporary. You can't bring old stuff into new temp leagues. Your legacy coins will remain in standard forever after legacy ends.

But to clarify, after legacy ends, zana will go back to her old crafting mods for maps where it rotates old league mods like perandus as long as you pay the price. This leads to people willing to run the higher tier 14-16 with perandus on it as it is the only way to get perandus coins and cadiro to spawn at all in standard or temp leagues.
