I haven't seen any but honestly level doesn't seem to play a role (unless there is some overriding minimum level; I didn't find one until either cruel or merc but again that could just be since they are not all that common).

I read somewhere a short while ago ilvl does not matter, since the instance of map is lvl 75

I've had 4 drop for me so far in Legacy.
I've used one, sold two, and am keeping one all the way through to Standard. If I get any more to drop, I'll probably be keeping those too. Because I don't really need any more exalts, chisels, or chaos in Legacy. So if you don't need a lot of quick chaos right now, I'd keep it. Who knows how much they'll b worth in Standard? And if GGG announces that they either won't be transferred, or won't be useful in standard, then just use them before they pull the plug on Legacy.
