Immolate support and righteous fire?

From Lilly Roth, act 6. After defeating Tokuhama (or possibly on the way to defeating him, not sure).

Anyway the gem requires level 38 to start and the area monsters are level 46, so it is way out of sync.

I am playing a ranger, so maybe it is available earlier for other toons.

Hope it was worth the wait.

In Path of Building I think there is a checkbox on the configurations tab that you can select to show the difference in numbers for various ailments and effects on the enemy, including burning.

yup there is, but i can't find the bleeding option :( (i wanna abuse the flat phys from chance to bleed)
