I've never tried Charged Dash before so I have no idea how is the clearspeed with it, I quickly used my old pastebin to get an idea of dps - for example my old character would have 1 million Shaper dps with Blade Flurry and Shield (1.6 with Doryani), and 500k with Charged Dash (550k with Doryani). The numbers compared are with Conc on, not Inc. AoE.
If the clearspeed is good with Charged Dash, this might be a good gem swap for clearing. My current character in Harbinger is currently naked, as I've sold the gear to afford my new build, and my Standard gear I gave away to someone new who made a character in Standard by mistake :D So I cannot test it anymore... But if you can record videos, I would love to see it in action :) My build guides:

Can we change any curse instead of blasphemied enfeeble for more dps?

Frostbite works well, so if you want to drop Enfeeble this is what I'd use :)

Not the best to be honest, since it relied on old Vaal Pact leech. You could tweak it, in a same way other similar builds adjusted (mostly ABusing Bloodseeker claw), but I don't plan on supporting this build in a similar fashion as my 2 newer build projects. On the other hand, you could try to make it worth by pathing to Vaal Pact, going ES with Clarity Watchers, but its a very expensive option and you are probably better off as Guardian/Hierophant/Scion/Trickster. Occultist kind of sucks for ES close combat since you are hit constantly and Wicked Ward won't work.
