This wand cant decide what it is

Im assuming this is 3 prefixs...i didnt know a rare could be identified with only prefixs or only suffixs, thought it was atleast 1 of each.

Rare items drop with minimum of 4 suffixes + prefixes.
Your wand is
% spell damage
% phys damage
% phys damage + accuracy
accuracy

But it only has 3, its spell damage, phys, and phys hybrid.

Which are all prefixs. Even on PoETradeMacro shows 3 prefixs as hybrid and pure

You cannot craft accuracy on a weapon, so i cant check if it was that. But pure accuracy only comes as a suffix, and on the bench it has no rooms for Prefixs which means it has 3 Prefixs and 0 Suffixs. Therefore it would be Spell/Phys/Hybrid Phys+Accuracy

Neither Tora or Catarina (Only crafting benches that craft on wands) offer Accuracy. And Vagans bench doesnt apply to Wands.
