To be honest I don't think they even unlock it let alone run it.
Keep trying you'll eventually get it done. Lab instances have been known to be shit ever since they introduced it.

The last was to yet another Doorway trap, but this one stung the hardest for you see it was set between Izaro's final room and his treasure vault. . .
