I'm allergic to mushrooms, milk, and soy beans so never had this issue.
Also I dont eat meat out of choice.` To keep meat alive uses 99% more resources per calorie if you cut out middle man (the animal) basically my diet is kale shakes. Beans and rice. Thats why I weigh 155lbs. instead of a lard ass. Some would say im a manlet. but I can go 100% for 30 min no problem so I can overwhelm size eventually. Git R Dun! Fun fact, the Mario mushroom is modeled after an amanita muscaria mushroom, which is both toxic AND hallucinogenic. Dont eat them, stick with pans or cubes.
