Not true honestly. With a Kaom's you don't need that much invested to get good regen.

So if damage scaling is turned down too far, Kaoms will be an autowin in Arena (moreso than it already is).
think ure forgetting that kaoms basically takes away a 5 or 6L skill setup, which with a properly diversified defensive skill pool should hurt its user.

This is only important if you're not using a 2h. Kaom's being crazy powerful and unduly penalizing 1h users is another issue though.

it SHOULD be penalizing 2h users as well. ideally in pvp u would be using an offensively linked skill in the 2h, and some kind of defensive/survivability skill in the chestpiece. kaoms downside of not having sockets would actually mean soemthing, if u were to choose between a bunch of life and f.e. 2 active skills boosted by 4 supports in a 6L chestpiece.
