If you don't want to be chosen I feel like what I do works well, but I only have limited experience.

When you're in the courtroom and the judge/prosecution/defense doing the normal questioning of the jury just act like a know it all, ask tons of questions, argue back kindly to the prosecution about questions they ask you (I was put on a DV case) and I disputed purposely like a know it all (channel your inner Budget_Card_Player or Charan) around a lot of the questions they asked. One example was about if physical abuse could occur with no physical evidence , and my answer was something like "Well, if there was no physical evidence I couldn't convict someone based on that, there was lack of evidence" and I raised my hand a lot of every line of questioning and just acted like some big headed pseudo intellectual. You want to stand out. At the end of the day they always chose the people who just seemed to go along with it... didn't ask many questions, were very neutral.


The prosecution probably ruled me out because i made them think I would be hard to sway in their favor based on my answers to the line of questioning.
