Allright boys and girls, it looks like we will be stacking attack speed this league for double Discharge + Arc action (Arc got buffed again). Wont be easy topping that 12 aps on Cyclone to reach 6 triggers per spell, but it is absolutely doable even without to much of a crazy gear. So far it looks good on paper, dunno about upgraded support gems yet and how they will fit in the build, but so far with what I have in PoB I expect the 3.9 version of the build to be able to output around:

I'm so glad you're updating this! I loved this build, I believe I played it in 3.5 or 3.6, before arc got hit with the nerf bat. I was actually just telling a buddy right after patch notes came out that I might have to play this again! LETS GOOOO!

What do you think of the new ring teased today? Allows Nova skills to be cast on your cursor, and Discharge is being tagged as a Nova skill
