Proof: I just traded a free one to a random person in A2 Merciless and he accepted the trade instead of canceling.
Therefore, we can conclude with certainty that at least one person in the game values a 5L mace over 8 inventory slots. Value! Need game info? The REAL question here, is; a white five linked item is more useful and more rare than a white six socket item, yet you only get a vendor reword for the latter. It makes no sense. At all. #SadFace (Edit: I just realized my post didn't include a single question) Sometimes, just sometimes, you should really consider adapting to the world, instead of demanding that the world adapts to you. If it wasn't for the existence of tabula and those 6L div cards I would suggest that vendoring a 6L gives an exalt instead of a divine, and vendoring a 5L gives a divine.
