Reach of the Council got dumpstered in 2.6.0 and is now worse than 1c Lioneye's Glare.  Best weapon choices for this build as of 2.6.0 (in descending order): 1. foil Reach of the Council / double-legacy Reach of the Council 2. legacy Reach of the Council 3. non-legacy Reach of the Council with +1 Arrow Quiver 4. Lioneye's Glare with GMP / non-legacy Reach of the Council with LMP

Opportunity cost of my build guides is that you get all relevant information, but you will not necessarily being spoon-feed with this information. :) If this is not sufficient for you, I'm afraid that you have – at least for now – to look for another build. | |
