my experience is, in most of the commonwhealth you can't eat healthy food except you buy salad in the supermarket.
dunno about america, never been there cause they probably wouldn't let me in after i was confronted with the tsa and their silly questions.

read a nice motto in a nz restaurant today: "no great adventure started with a salad!", went in there immediately for a steak and a pint of "good george"...

I always try not to eat fast food, it always makes me feel so guilty afterwards.
