sure. its helps. the reapeater boost my signal quality from 50% to 80-90%.
I have great internet. No problems all day. Only poe and counterstrike. Counterstrike problem is solved. Wlan background autoscan deactiv and no lag spikes.

only poe left. its unplayable if the "lag spike season" begins. I dont understand why? Yesterday you told my to restart the router. It helps. No lag spikes for 2hours straight. And then the lag party begins again.
This evening again. Restart does not help. Its frustration.

Out of interest, can I ask if you play any other online games which work fine?

It sounds like the wireless connection is unstable and having latency spikes. You're really not going to notice that when browsing or watching videos on YouTube. Gaming is one of few things that is insanely latency-sensitive, just because what's happening is constantly changing.

Your browser can download large chunks of a YouTube video so that if there's a lag spike it'll keep playing what it already has. Once uploaded, the YouTube video isn't going to change. A game server can't give your client some information in advance because it doesn't know what's going to happen. When a spike happens, the client is stuck waiting for an update.

A ping of over 4000 ms to your own internet modem. Still an issue with your wireless set-up.

You dodged the Ethernet cable question, which is unfortunate. The reason I wanted you to test with one was that, if it worked (as I suspect it would), you could consider using powerline adapters between your computer and modem so that you don't have to rely on wireless connectivity.

Hm.. I think you are right. The other online games are all another archetype of gameplay. Play all the blizzard games other then overwatch.

Sorry for dodging the question. I am a little noob with my network skills. I need a 30m cable to connect my pc with my router.

Yeah. If i want something i want it right now! and i wanna level my char this weekend off from work. to relax. so saturday afternoon was the last chance to get things to work befor sunday :)
