Cast while Moving

Well... I could use Cast While Cast Support.

You have 3 sockets, and two spells/skills. U cast one and second is automatically triggered with this first. This way we could avoid lack of slots problem (im having one actually right now).

Because we need the clear speed meta to be even more like virtual lawn mowing while you watch TV...

What they need to do is get some spine, face up to the very challenging task that is currently too big for them and do surgery on this clear speed meta that turns POE from an ARPG into a Bullet hell shooter.

lop off about 66% of all move speed 30% move speed boots mod becomes 10%, 3% move speed node becomes 1%
lop off about 66% of all cast speed and about 40% of all attack speed.
Make AOE's attenuate the further from center = reduced damage %
Make range attenuate the further from say half screen your projectile hits = less damage multiplier
Off screen mobs = immune until visible on screen
Casting a spell dispells Fortification

Then at that point they could look at ways to make Melee (actual melee, as in being at point blank range and hitting only things that are within weapon range, not fake melee AKA spells with melee tags) into a viable playstyle.

Pandering to players who don't want consequences for their mistakes is a perfect description of what went fundamentally wrong with D3 and 4.
If they wanted mindless mobile game time waster gameplay they sure did make some perplexing choices and marketing statements for 6 fucking years.

What means "meta"?
"Meta" is when you kill mobs while simply moving.
