TotalHalibut did a WTF is? video on this game, From his impression (which is a very reliable one I must say), for a game in beta, it looks very good. When talking about beta testing the game, the mechanics that I look for the most are the mass-mob killing sprees (AOE down 20+ mobs at a time) To see the servers handle these sprees without suffering latency issues, (Framerate is another but not GGG's fault) would be a nice thing to see. I would also like to see the game handle multiple successive mass spell casts without jamming up/suffering too much lag and falling out of sync. Finally I would like to see an extremely large number of players in one location without latency issues (again framerate is a non-GGG related issue). Otherwise, stree-test is extremely important, especially when it comes to the end-game content, where one bug can bring crippling anger, frustration and drama. See the example of Ensidia when Blizz banned them for the throne bug in the Final encounter of Icecrown Citadel.
