It's a bit overpriced, and a lot of people in league at the moment. I bought a +1 800es one at the end of last league with about 30 total res for 100ex and 4 legacy voidhearts, so about 132ex-ish. It was my first CI build and sucked so I sold it to a friend for the price I got it for just wanting the ex back. Yours has a bit lower ES, but more res so I'd say you can expect 150ex maximum, IMO. Also, put "~b/o 150 exa" (without quotes) underneath your item so it shows up with b/o on poe.trade.
