First off i just want to say i love the build really alot of fun and this is a great guide probably the best discharge guide out there so good job ! REFLECT big problem for me or it was, prior to switching to Purity of fire, im running HH so it was hard to get all the right piceces to cap res so i had to use Purity of Elements but after some tweaking i managed to get purity of fire and it did help with reflect a TON, but it still wasn't good enough, where you move and clear so fast sometimes you dont see the reflect mobs in time to proc Vinktars thus getting blasted in half by almost every ele reflect mob, i socketed Life Leech into my malice Discharge instead of INC AoE and it works like a dream. And for god's sake, change you flasks. 3x quicksilvers?!?! Get a silver flask in there with incr duration and immunity to curses, and maybe a dying sun as well since you seem to have cash.
