[2.5] Burning Vortex Build - Double Degen Tank Elementalist - Shaper Viable - HC or SC

Thanks for great build.
I chose corrupted Stone of Lazhwar as +1 curse for extra chance to block spells.
I'm thinking about changing granife flask to Rumi's and jade for basalt. What's your opinion?

Gear:

I am looking at doing a tree along these lines for this next league, though I will be focusing more on EB/MOM for mitigation as opposed to a high block chance, with the possibility of speccing into grand spectrums later in the league. Not sure how it will turn out but that is my plan.


edit:
after some testing I determined that unfortunately this is not going to be strong enough for a league starter. Oh well, perhaps another time.

Is it still worth building, Because of pyro ring Cold damage convert to fire reduction in 2.6.0?

The build still functions if you change Pyre ring out and use Hrimburn gloves instead however the AoE radius has been heavily nerfed so is much less effective.
