Game balance is not designed around legacy items. Legacy items should have never existed in the first place. It's ridiculous that people would even complain about this.

Stop crying about legacy
Corrupted ones are the most screwed of them all ZiggyD is the Labyrinth of streamers, some like it, some dont, but GGG will make sure to push it down ur throat to make you like it

so people are upset because their fav item got buffed? okay.

They are upset because the legacy version which is worth significantly more than a regular one, is now worth exactly the same as a regular one after you use a divine.
