Can someone tell me what the problem is? Are legacy Mjölners excluded from updating them ... or what?

" Some of them invested a lot of exalts in their items which now got depreciated to almost nothing compared to their old price. Imagine someone farming for hundreds of hours to be able to afford one (I remember legacy mjolners going for 90 exalts in standard hardcore at some point) and now feeling as if GGG took a giant steaming dump on their work. I can bet it's not a pleasant feeling. There are players in the permanent leagues who are very attached to their wealth and items. You have to be realistic about these things.

Right. I remembered the legacy having 50% proc chance. My mistake.

They shouldnt let to be any legacy items in first place. That was a mistake and it wasnt fair to new players. Now they have cry on forums.

People will get over it. GGG always goes through "good guy/bad guy" cycles. If you want the "good guy" version of GGG, just take about 6 months off and come back in March.

Well, I never had one or cared for this item (the builds it enables have (had?) severe FPS issues)... but GGG is really trying to piss off everybody, lol.
Just play a random bow build. GGG made even leveling bows endgame viable now, since the bow selection was 'so limited'. You just throw random gems into it - guaranteed 50k DPS at least, with a 5L :) E: Meanwhile, 5% - this is a buff.
