Will Items like Mjölner become legacy after the CoC rework? Or will the mechanic be global?

Extremely unhappy with the route taken to adjust trigger gems and uniques since I enjoy them solely because you get to spam a bunch of pretty effects. Also feels like Null's Inclination got unfairly nerfed by this change.

No CoC using char, so I dont think it make me unhappy with the nerf, but with this modification, you should also change the name of CoC gem, it is not "on critical" anymore :))
