Vaal Caustic Arrow Fire an arrow that explodes into an expanding cloud of poison. Enemies take increased damage the closer they are to the center of the cloud. My thoughts. Just imagine a small aoe cloud(like SWT) gradually turning into a max 100%+ aoe firestorm sized cloud.
