Patch 2.3.2 does not work

I have fixed the issue for me. type in Start-RUn msconfig and under the general tab, select Normal Startup. And then restart. That worked for me.

ok I after 2.3.2 my game still can't play I tried to plug in with a hard line to my modem and still nothing. I tried to play with adim and still nothing. I unistaled the stand alone and try to reinstall and it won't reinstall. so now I tried to install it with steem and that was able to install the game but when I try to play the game still won't load in, so I'm in the same place were I started. so is it me or are a lot of people having the same problem. please ggg find a way to fix it. =(
