Anyway my inquisitor is Pain_banana and the CI occultist is MeowFish

Not all of the gear I will be using is present since this character has hit a brick wall in leveling due to the bug.

The sword is the same one used on both the only difference is that CI prohibits using blood magic so I have to initiate the attack with goldrim and later a 5L atziri's splendour.

I do use a level 1 WL mark however I've been recently experimenting (unsuccessfully) with blasphemy and the current level 13~ish WLM.

From the looks of it, I can't see why you wouldn't be able to leech from whispering Ice or your CWDT skills, if you have Warlord's mark on the enemies.

Which is what really leads me to believe I'm not high and this is a real bug :(

so I am currently thinking about a CI + ghost reaver life leech build. And I have a question related to op: What is my effective leech rate without Vaal Pact?

Why am I asking: poe wiki http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Leech says:

"

total leech recovery rate = max life * instances of leech * 0.02 * (1 + increased leech per second)

That means your life leech rate is depending on your max_life and if you have CI your max_life is 1 and you will hardly leech anything.

Is that correct? Could that be our problem here with experiencing literally no life leech rate?

Ghost reaver makes it use your max ES instead of max life for that.
