Unlock Code

We are very sorry for any delay in receiving your unlock codes! If you are experiencing problems with your unlock codes, please email in to us at support@grindinggear.com and we will look into the problem as soon as possible for you!

Currently there do appear to be some issues with receiving emails from Microsoft email services (hotmail, outlook, live, etc.). They are aware of the issues and are currently working on them. You can check their service status here: https://portal.office.com/servicestatus

If you are experiencing problems with a mail service other than Microsoft please do let us know so that we may look into your problem as quickly as possible.
