" So how Chris & Co. are meant to know, that they hate the Lab? It's the most stupid thing to do - hate Lab but run it. I hate Lab, so I run it once for Ascendancy point and except this I completely ignore this content and anything it brings, so I ignore enchantments too. And because I have one chance for enchantment per character, I enchant boots only, those has highest possibility to get something useful and if not, can be ignored, with rest of this waste of developers resources. Anticipation slowly dissipates...

" Because enchants are the single most powerful mod that can be acquired in the game right now for some skills. +2Proj on Spark is amazing, 20% for Discharge to not consume charges is less amazing but still at least decent on a Fakener or Mjolner build. Just because you absolutely detest some part of the game doesn't mean you should never run it. I run Merciless Lab carries for 5+ chaos all the time even though I abhor the labyrinth, so it might appear to the dev team that I actually enjoy running it for some reason. |

Warning: End-Game Lab Enchantment Hunting May Lead to Development of Arthritis, Heart Disease, Hemorrhoids, Hair Loss, and Cancer. Proceed to hunt at your own risk, may the RNG be with you.
P.S. Finding the sought after Enchantment may lead to death by joy overload, so remember to keep calm when enchanting. Last edited by SIQI#7936 on May 24, 2016, 2:36:22 PM

The system for access to the final labyrinth will be awful for any other than the most devoted no-life players. And possibly, even for them. lol

I run the lab often, not because i like it though.
I run it because it is easy money to have someone pay me 5c to carry them. Then i can also charge someone to use my enchant to get them something. or randomly enchant a helm and once in a while get a decent pay out. Even after hundreds of runs for guildies and others, i would rate the lab as a 4 out of 10. The traps cause a lot of desync , and sometimes some unfair deaths. There are only about 40 different layouts, many have awkward pathing where you get stuck on random crap on the ground. Golden doors always make me cringe as i have to go in a circle room full of lagging traps. I hope that they make the 4th lab runnable on the account once you have opened it once in the league. IF it is gated behind rng of maps to run continuously by finding trails repeatedly then i guess i spent my last dollar supporting the game. That is too much repetition and gated content. They continue to waste the resources given to them, and should listen to the communities voice more carefully. Creating more of the content that has been met with soo much criticism is asinine. If the current retarded enchanting RNG is kept, the new lab will be a catastrophic failure and another piece of wasted content in the bucket.
If it's gated behind maps, then it might as well not even exist. Last edited by Raudram#2463 on May 24, 2016, 6:29:57 PM

Oh noooes. Content that isn't complete faceroll!! What are we going to do??
You can always do it only once during a league per character for those last 2 points and just leave it be after that. Or sell the "fragments" granted from trials. |

Dem feels when I got 25 characters needing to find those last two ascendancy points. Oh, this is going to be an interesting one. lol
Sometimes you can take the game out of the garage but you can't take the garage out of the game.

" It's not that the content is too hard to faceroll, it's that the mechanics of the traps are terrible and lead to deaths when you clearly see the trap half a screen away. On top of random deaths due to traps that aren't where they appear to be, if you somehow get DC'd during a Labyrinth run, you're screwed and have to start over. Those two points together make for an entirely annoying rather than fun piece of content. |
